We're staying open all year around. And so, once again, we will try out a tiered pricing system. In the "off months this amounts to a more than 50% reduction.

Though our houses are built of stone, this scheme is not. Depending on whether or not the place is in use by our friends and relations, the season and dates, size of your group, length of stay and requirements, it is possible that these norms can be adjusted.

Normally, visits are booked on a per week basis, or multiples thereof, with changeover day on Saturday. Off-Season, it is possible that we can quote for a shorter stay; as for minimum of 2 persons for 2 days at Euros 50 per person per day. We do have a "Couple's Rate" for all the houses which we apply when a booking is requested and the Source cottage is unavailable; please inquire.

Our Off-Season schedule includes holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter, early Spring, Autumn and Winter school breaks.

Mid-Season: 28 August thru September, June thru 15 July

Atelier   Euros  900 per week.

High-Season: 17 July thru 27 August

* Prices are in Euros. We accept Euros or GBP sterling at our bank's current exchange rate at the time of confirmation of the booking. We do, from time to time, apply further discounts, depending on length of stay, and season. Please see our General Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* Our pricing is in Euros. Euros and GBP sterling (at current exchange rate when booking confirmed) are accepted by bank to bank transfer, wire/electronic transfer, internet banking or a visit to the nearest bank branch.

*To reserve the booking only a 25% non-refundable payment is required. To confirm the reservation, the balance does not need to be paid until 8 weeks before commencement of the visit . (As it is often the case that we would have turned away subsequent applicants, and a few weeks is too short a time for most people to instigate their holiday planning, the payment cannot be refunded.)
*A security, cleaning and breakage deposit of 100 Euros per house or cottage is required when you arrive for the start of your visit. With the house and contents left intact, as orderly and clean as on your arrival, this deposit is returnable. 
*A further deposit, on arrival, of Euros 50, is required for broadband, wireless connectivity, if requested.
* Our changeover day is Saturday (unless otherwise agreed), with the accommodation available for arrivals as of 16:00/4:00pm, and vacated by ten in the morning on the day of departure.
*Maison Borges is ala self-catering. Although, at your request, we will loan you bed linen and bath towels. (You'll need to supply your own towels for poolside and the beach.) In the case of failure of amenities or appliances, they will be repaired or replaced as quickly as it is possible to so do at the time. (Naturally, as this is a "self-catering" offer, this does not apply to consumables.) Visits, reservations and use of amenities are undertaken wholly at your risk and liability as the person arranging for your party's visit.
* Also included in the price are fosse septique friendly toilet paper rolls.
*And, when possible we offer you whatever fresh fruits and vegetables our potager, vegetable garden, and orchard can provide.
*We reserve the privilege of "upgrading" your booking, at our discretion and at no extra cost for you, when we feel it is to your advantage.
* Sorry, no pets are allowed at this time. Smoking is permitted out of doors with due consideration for others and the grounds.

**Visitors are welcome to pre-book the exclusive use of a resident bicycle at Euros 21 per week. Or, depending on availability, they can be rented on site at Euros 6 per day.
